One of our four main activities at IDSL is our portfolio of computer services, designed specifically for those companies who have no, or limited IT support.

Affordable Refurbished Computers

IDSL can offer a full tuition service for Microsoft Office suite of applications as low as beginner and as high as expert level with bespoke courses available for back-end programming in visual basic for applications.
We can offer this on a one-to-one or on-site classroom environment.
Coming in 2019 are our very own training centre for off-site courses for up to 20 people per session.

Expert Level Excel Spreadsheets

A forte of IDSL is the fact that one of our engineers is a previous tutor for Microsoft Office and Visual Basic for Applications.
We can offer Excel tuition aas part of our Office Suite assistance, but we can also create bespoke spreadsheets or VBA programmed databases on a one of payment or a software license agreement so you can future proof your service by renting it from us with free updates* during the length of the hire.

Break/Fix Assistance

Prevention is the new way of making sure you know before your computers are going to break down. But what happens to those companies where off-site monitoring of computers is either not cost effective, or not how you would like them managed.
IDSL can offer a variety of options for Break/Fix which have pre-paid call-out for your IT requirements to be used in half day slots. This saves high call-out fees for “emergencies” as you pay a previously agreed rate for the use of an engineer.

Managed Services

Contracted managed services are just like having your own IT department but at a fraction of the cost.
Off-site and possibly out of hours, our IT professionals will monitor your network to prevent outages by making sure operating systems are kept up to date, data backups are functioning and you’re malware free.

Virus Cleaning

It doesn’t matter how good your anti-virus software is, unless your users are locked out of making changes (which most SMBs aren’t) then you’re at risk of being infected with a virus, a trojan, or some other sort of malware.
Ensuring your data is fully backed up is most important, but you can call of IDSL to disinfect your system. One of our engineers used to advise McAfee’s laboratory on how to clean many types of new viruses and has 30 years experience of getting rid of the little beggars.
